Software Tester

Job Description: Netleaf is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify defects, enhance user experience, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications. Identify, document, and track software defects in collaboration with the development team. Conduct functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing. Ensure compliance with software quality standards and best practices. Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Prepare test reports and provide feedback on software performance. Continuously improve testing processes and tools. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in software testing manual. Hands-on experience with testing tools. Knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA). Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience with API testing and SQL queries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
