Software Tester

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Software Tester with 1 2 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the quality and functionality of our web and mobile applications through effective test case design, execution, and reporting. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to identify issues and deliver a high-quality product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
• Analyze and document defects found during testing
• Assist in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes
• Report test results and maintain testing documentation
• Learn and work with QA tools and test automation frameworks under supervision.

Requirements:

• 1 2 years of hands-on experience in software QA or testing
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
• Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation
• Understanding of defect lifecycle and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or Postman is a bonus
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
