About the role

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads to ensure timely and quality releases.
• Participate in requirement reviews to identify gaps and ensure test coverage.
• Contribute to test planning, estimation, and reporting.
• Support automation tasks and work with automation frameworks where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices

About you

• Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in software testing.
• ISTQB Certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and SDLC/STLC processes.
• Hands-on expertise in manual testing for web and mobile applications.
• Experience with API testing would be an added advantage
• Experience on python language would be an added advantage
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
• Ability to create clear, structured test cases, scenarios, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in Performance Testing
