Dear Applicants, We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manual testing methodologies and a strong understanding of software development processes. Additionally, familiarity with automation tools like Selenium and programming languages such as Java or Python will be an added advantage. Required Skills: 2 to 4 years of experience in manual testing of software applications including Web and Mobile applications. Thorough understanding of SDLC, STLC, and the defect life cycle. Experience in test case design, execution, and defect tracking. Familiarity with Agile methodology. Familiarity with SQL for database validation. Thorough understanding of software testing principles and best practices. Experience with various software testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools. Basic knowledge of Java or Python for scripting (preferred). Understanding of automation tools like Selenium WebDriver (preferred). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently as an individual contributor. Educational Qualification: B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, MCA.
