The ideal candidate will have a proven background in software testing, a keen eye for detail, and experience leading QA efforts in Agile environments. Proven expertise in both manual and automation testing. Strong proficiency in Selenium, SQL, and test management tools (like JIRA, TestRail, or similar). Prior experience testing CRM or enterprise-level applications is highly desirable. Solid understanding of the Agile/Scrum development process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership skills with experience mentoring or guiding junior QA team members.
