Software Test Engineer (QA)

As a Software Tester at our company located in Navi Mumbai, India, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software, websites, portals, apps, and CRM systems through comprehensive testing. Your role will involve reviewing and analyzing system specifications, executing test cases manually and using automated tools, and reporting bugs and errors to the development teams. Additionally, you will conduct post-release and post-implementation testing and deliver release reports. It is essential for you to have a good understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC. Your qualifications should include a degree in Computer/Software/IT engineering and a broad understanding of QA processes and software development processes, including design, programming, and documentation. You should have the ability to effectively run test cases to uncover software defects and familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Bug Tracker, WinRunner, and LoadRunner. Awareness of product goals and their business impacts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines are important aspects of this role. Moreover, you should demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies, possess a strong work ethic, and provide timely and efficient support. Continuous improvement mindset, independence in work with minimal supervision, teamwork skills, and a problem-solving attitude are key attributes that we value. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/Computer Science Graduate degree.
