Note: Hiring for our client Position: Software Test Engineer (Manual) Experience: Freshers Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 1,80,000/- to Upto Rs. 2,50,000 Per Annum Job Location: Pune Educational Criteria: Education: BE/BTech (Civil ) Batch: No Passout Criteria Percentage: 70% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation Role & Responsibilities: Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols for civil engineering projects. Conduct inspections and tests on construction materials (e.g., concrete, steel, soil). Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Prepare and maintain QA documentation, reports, and checklists. Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues. Support audits and quality reviews as required. Skills Required: Basic understanding of construction materials and testing procedures. Familiarity with QA/QC standards in civil engineering (IS codes, ASTM, etc.) is a plus. Good communication and documentation skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to field and office environments. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QA software tools. Internship or academic project experience in construction or infrastructure projects. Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
