Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer with strong manual testing skills, experience in writing/executing test cases, and basic knowledge of automation testing tools. The role includes functional, regression, and integration testing, defect reporting, SQL-based data validation, and collaboration with developers. Understanding of SDLC / STLC and strong analytical skills are required.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Strong manual testing knowledge (STLC, SDLC, defect lifecycle).
• Create and execute test cases and scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify and report defects clearly.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Validate backend data using SQL (basic SQL required).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Exposure to automation tools (Selenium/Java/Python) is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Support test planning, reviews, and QA documentation.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or equivalent.

Good to Have

• Experience with automation or test tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
• API testing knowledge.
• Good communication skills.

Pay: ₹268,883.81 - ₹1,265,429.99 per year
