SOFTWARE SYSTEM DESIGNER 2

The Role

The person is going to be part of Desktop graphics software validation team. He/she would be responsible for driving the graphics driver validation for various AMD desktop programs with self-driven and result oriented attitude and need to collaboratively work with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Possess fundamental knowledge in one specialized discipline.
Execute manual and automated test cases for graphics drivers on desktop platforms.
Validate driver functionality, performance, stability, and compliance across multiple OS versions and hardware configurations.
Collaborate with development, integration, and QA teams to understand project requirements and test coverage.
Enhance the existing test processes and automation frameworks.
Develop C++ architecture model to support driver architecture exploration.
Deliver the goals set ON TIME

Preferred Qualifications

Prior understanding of GPU/CPU pipeline architecture; Understanding of CPU/graphics rendering pipeline
Prior knowledge of OpenGL/OpenCL/DirectX.
Good understanding of computer architecture and experience in model development is a plus
Experience with Python is a plus for automation, data collection, and data analysis
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and pronounced attention to details
Must be a self-starter, and able to independently drive tasks to completion
Good communication and documentation skills.
Good in technical skills and work as a team player

Academic Credentials

M.Tech/B.Tech in Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/other IT streams like machine Learning/AI/Data Analytics/Data science.
