Software Specialist ( Java Developer)

Design, develop and maintain highly secure and scalable software. Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities to ensure the solutions meet the highest standards of quality. Provide technical leadership to junior team members. Document technical design, code, and other project artifacts as required. Work towards achieving 100% automation. Communicate effectively about the work done, rationale behind it and the impact on other parts of the product and trade-offs that have been made. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies relevant for Windchill. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information technology or equivalent software development experience. Proven working experience as Full Stack Developer in Java, J2EE, SQL. 4-6 years of experience in server-side programming in Java. Passionate about simple and clean code, unit testing and following standard coding practices. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and innovation capabilities. Working knowledge on PLM software like Windchill will be added advantage. Exposure on CI/CD pipeline and GIT version control.
