Since then, the company has spearheaded the creation and design of numerous IT solutions, tailored software products to meet the needs of businesses across the globe, and helped them in digital transformation. Job Descrition: Sales Plan Execution: - Meet and exceed assigned sales targets Customer Relationship Management: - Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. - Implement CRM systems and tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data. Experience: 7-10 years of experience in inside sales, with a strong focus on digital and AI technologies. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. Skills: In-depth knowledge of digital sales strategies and AI-driven sales tools. Technical Proficiency: - Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in sales, such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and chatbots.
