Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Xerox Holdings Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases to verify the functionality of web and mobile applications. - Performing various types of testing such as functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. - Creating and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium. - Conducting API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. - Executing load and performance testing using JMeter, k6, or other relevant tools. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in bug tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. - Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure product quality. - Contributing to test planning, test strategy, and overall quality assurance best practices. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - 2 to 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing. - Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured. - Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools like JMeter or k6. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
