We’re looking for a motivated Software Quality Analysis Intern to support our development team by testing and analyzing software quality. This internship offers hands-on experience in quality assurance, bug tracking, and collaboration on real-world projects that shape our tech offerings. If you’re passionate about delivering flawless software, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Test software applications to identify bugs, glitches, and performance issues. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios to ensure functionality and usability. Document test results, report defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Verify software meets requirements and performs reliably across platforms (web, mobile, etc.). Assist in manual and automated testing processes using tools like Selenium or JIRA. Ensure software aligns with quality standards and project timelines. Stay updated on QA trends and suggest improvements to testing processes. What We’re Looking For: Current enrollment in a degree program (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field) or recent graduate with an interest in software quality assurance. Basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual or automated) – coursework or personal projects are a plus! Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Selenium, or Postman is an advantage (training provided if needed). Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team. Good time management skills to handle multiple testing tasks. Bonus: Knowledge of programming (e.g., PHP, Laravel, MySQL) or Agile methodologies is a plus but not required.
