Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate deliveries between multiple internal teams, leveraging project management skills, multiple domains, and understanding of technology. - Ensure clear communication channels are established. - Lead the high-level design of the program. - Collaborate with software program delivery teams, architects, and other teams to drive development, testing, and implementation of projects. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred). - 8+ years of experience leading large design & architecture of automotive embedded products is preferred. - Knowledgeable in different products such as Cluster, Display, or Battery management system. - Experienced in large project management and delivery. - Skilled in creating high-level designs. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams. - Effective communication with rationale and consensus-building with stakeholders. - Strong prioritization and time management skills to meet critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to articulate ideas effectively.
