What you will achieve As a Software Principal Engineer , you will be responsible for participating in new feature design discussion, develop plans for test-driven development, design and develop automated tests, and setup/execute Jenkins pipeline. You will: Work as part of an Agile scrum team in a continuous integration and continuous development environment and contribute to the test architecture and scope of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage features. Contribute significantly to test automation as part of feature delivery . Conduct testing and automation for PowerStore Cluster Storage Management Software backend (a highly scalable microservices and Docker container-based system). C ollaborate with a diverse team of software engineers, and test engineers both within and across product teams to build the test environment utilized to validate the CI/CD environment Take the first step towards your dream career. Well versed in Python and working in a Linux environment. Working experience with REST APIs, Jenkins, Postgres, Java. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Self-Learning abilities, critical thinking skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Desirable Requirements Experience working in a geo-distributed team using Agile Bachelor s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
