Key Responsibilities

• Software Implementation & Development

  : Develop and deliver application software changes according to requirements. Plan and perform software releases as part of the Release and Change process.

• Technical Troubleshooting

  : Identify and resolve technical issues. Investigate production incidents/problems and provide solutions for fixing issues.

• Database Management

  : Utilize strong hands-on project experience with

  SQL and PL/SQL

  for databases like

  Oracle

  and

  MSSQL

  .

• Operating System Proficiency

  : Work effectively within

  Unix/Linux environments

  .

• Documentation

  : Maintain and update system technical documents and service operation manuals.

• Collaboration & Learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience in software implementation with a strong background in PL/SQL and Linux.
