The Role As a Software Engineering Manager, you will act as a strong leader and provide guidance to multiple Software Engineers. Your role will involve setting clear objectives and deliverables with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, security, and performance. What You’ll Do Design and develop cloud data applications for collection, modelling, and processingPartner with product, QA, and technical teams for test strategy and release planningProactively monitor, identify, and escalate systemic issuesDiagnose and address performance and stability issuesDocument and communicate technical specifications to diverse audiencesLead technical strategy for data collection and analysisGuide team in implementing analytics solutions and best practices What You’ll Bring Experience in data engineering and analyticsExpert knowledge of data processing frameworks and ETL pipelinesStrong SQL skills and experience with data warehousingProficiency in Python or similar languages for data processingProficiency in Apache Spark and Apache Flink for building and optimizing both batch and real-time data processing pipelines, including stream analytics solutionsAI modelling and usage experienceExperience with real-time analytics and stream processingUnderstanding of data modelling and optimization techniques Leadership Skills Experience leading data/analytics engineering teamsAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong communication skills to present insights to stakeholdersTrack record of improving data quality and analytics processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldWillingness to maintain hands-on technical involvementExperience with agile development practicesStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsHistory of mentoring and growing technical talentProduct Based Company Experience Mandatory
