Job Description

Cigna Medical Group is looking for Software Engineering Advisor - HIH - Evernorth to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Client Engagement and Requirement Gathering:Engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and software requirements
Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements
Analyze client processes and workflows to identify opportunities for software optimization and automation
Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
Solution Design and Implementation:Evaluate software options and recommend appropriate solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices
Collaborate with software vendors and technical teams to design and configure software systems to meet client needs
Customize software configurations, workflows, and integrations to align with client-specific processes and requirements
Develop and execute test plans to ensure software functionality, data integrity, and system performance
Project Management and Delivery:Define project plans, tasks, and milestones in collaboration with clients and project teams
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful software implementations
Conduct training sessions and provide user support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the software
Process Improvement and Optimization:Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings through software utilization
Analyze client feedback, system performance metrics, and user behavior to recommend enhancements and optimizations
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and software advancements to provide innovative solutions
Conduct post-implementation reviews and assessments to measure the effectiveness of software solutions and identify areas for improvement
