Position: SE-1 React & Java Spring Boot (1 Year Experience) Location: [ Bangalore & Hybrid ] Experience: 0.6 – 1.5 years Position Overview: We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Full Stack Developer with experience in both React (Frontend) and Java Spring Boot (Backend) to join our dynamic engineering team. You’ll be working on scalable, high-impact systems that power learning experiences for thousands of professionals worldwide. This role is ideal for someone with around 1 year of industry experience , who enjoys working across the stack and is hungry to grow in a product-first, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain responsive frontends using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java Spring Boot. Implement and consume RESTful APIs , and ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend. Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams to ship impactful features. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices. Debug and resolve production issues with a keen focus on performance and reliability. Stay updated with latest trends in frontend and backend ecosystems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1 year of professional experience working on full-stack applications. Proficiency in React.js , JavaScript (ES6+), and frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.). Strong foundation in Java , Spring Boot , and related backend frameworks. Experience working with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD workflows. Understanding of REST APIs, JSON structures, and data handling. Good knowledge of debugging tools and browser dev tools. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a high-ownership culture. Good to Have: Exposure to unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest). Knowledge of authentication frameworks (JWT, OAuth2).
