Role Description

We’re hiring a full-time Software Engineer for our Pune office. You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems, apply solid object-oriented programming principles, and ensure high performance and reliability. You’ll work closely with product managers, frontend teams, and data scientists to deliver impactful product features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Flask
• Work with large datasets using NumPy and Pandas for analytics and transformations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and security
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code following industry best practices
• Support deployments and cloud integrations

Requirements

• 3–8 years of professional backend development experience
• Strong command of

  Python

  with hands-on experience in

  Flask

  (or similar frameworks)
• Solid understanding of data manipulation using

  NumPy

  and

  Pandas

• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with microservices
• Good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with

• Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with AI/ML or data-driven applications
• Knowledge of Docker
