Technical Skills and competencies Required:
SQL Server Database Administration
- Ability to create, restore, and manage SQL Server databases
- Proficient in performing SQL queries and troubleshooting database connection, transaction, and performance issues
Oracle Database Administration
- Experience in working with Oracle databases, including creating, restoring, and managing databases
- Capable of performing database queries and troubleshooting connection issues
Windows Services Management
- Ability to create and delete Windows Services
- Understanding of how Windows Services interact with user profiles compared to standard user profiles
Windows Administration
- Skilled in installing and configuring Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2022
- Advanced knowledge of the Windows registry and Event Viewer
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting application resources such as memory usage, GDI objects, and print spooler issues
Windows MSI Installers
- Good understanding of MSI installation processes
- Ability to troubleshoot installation issues related to MSI packages
Internet Information Services (IIS)
- Capable of installing and configuring IIS
- Experience troubleshooting IIS connection and configuration issues, particularly as they relate to my. Spaceman Automation Server and Planogram Viewer Server
- Citrix
- Understanding of Citrix environments
- Ability to assist clients with Spaceman application support within Citrix
Microsoft Office 365
- Strong understanding of Excel Desktop, including the use of Macros
- Familiarity with the Access Database Engine 64-bit and related objects
Qualifications
Communication and Language Skills
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Strong client communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients on a regular basis
