Software Engineer

As an experienced developer at Socit Gnrale, your role will involve independently designing components, developing code, and testing case scenarios while adhering to software craftsmanship principles and meeting acceptance criteria. You will complete your assigned learning path and actively participate in team ceremonies, including agile practices and chapter meetings. Your responsibilities will include delivering on all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in alignment with Agile and IT craftsmanship principles, producing high-quality clean code and designs for reusability, and collaborating with other development teams to define and implement APIs and data access rules. You will also be responsible for timely communication with customers, stakeholders, and partners, assessing production improvement areas, performing daily checks, maintaining production standards, and suggesting automation for repetitive activities. Additionally, you will conduct bug-free release validations, generate metrics, tests, and defect reports, contribute to developing guidelines, and provide level 2/level 3 production support.
