You will work closely with leadership to design and deploy AI-powered solutions, marketing automation systems, and custom applications that enhance operational efficiency and user engagement. Ideal candidates are both full-stack thinkers and creative technologists, comfortable navigating software development, AI frameworks, and marketing operations. Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, applications, and automation systems for marketing and business operations
  • Build and manage websites, apps, and sales funnels integrated with AI chatbots and engagement features
  • Collaborate with executives and departmental teams to develop custom AI agents tailored to specific business needs
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation systems to improve lead generation, CRM workflows, and campaign performance
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, workflows, and architecture for all deployed solutions
  • Stay updated on emerging AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to drive innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in software development, full-stack engineering, or marketing automation
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages, with experience in API integrations
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow) and workflow automation platforms
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English
  • Creative, technically versatile, self-driven, and proactive in innovation
  • Passionate about social impact, sustainability, and building AI-driven digital experiences
