Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, applications, and automation systems for marketing and business operations
- Build and manage websites, apps, and sales funnels integrated with AI chatbots and engagement features
- Collaborate with executives and departmental teams to develop custom AI agents tailored to specific business needs
- Implement and optimize marketing automation systems to improve lead generation, CRM workflows, and campaign performance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, workflows, and architecture for all deployed solutions
- Stay updated on emerging AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to drive innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in software development, full-stack engineering, or marketing automation
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages, with experience in API integrations
- Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow) and workflow automation platforms
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English
- Creative, technically versatile, self-driven, and proactive in innovation
