Work closely with, Product partners to ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing and establish a robust IT ecosystem. Building quality last mile delivery applications to provide excellent customer experience. About the Team: Enterprise Delivery Platform team empowers a smooth last mile delivery of Truck delivery orders placed by customers on Lowes digital as well as store tenants. Core Responsibilities : As a Senior Software Engineer in EDP team, candidate is expected to work with Product partners and translate business requirements into tech solutions. Core responsibilities includes building front end applications microservices in Java Springboot which caters to the last mile Lowes delivery, enabling CI/CD, Automated test suits creating monitoring dashboards powered by api metrics. Other responsibilities includes parterning with support teams for triaging issues, coming up with RCA s and potential fixes. Primary Skills: React Js (Is a must) Java 11 or above. Kafka as a message broker which is widely used in EDP ecosystem. NoSQL databases and Cloud knowledge will have an added advantage. NoQL or relational databases. Microservices concepts and best practices. Secondary Skills : Cloud knowledge /DevOPS would be considered as an added advantage. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field) 5 years of experience in software development or a related field 4 years of experience in database technologies 4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) Looking for a full stack engineer. Should have experience with React JS, Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL Preferred Qualifications Masters Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field 5 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization 5 years of experience working with defect or incident tracking software 5 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software development environment 3 years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework 3 years of experience leading teams, with or without direct reports 5 years of experience working with source code control systems Experience working with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment tools 5 years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions
