Software Engineer

You will be part of a dynamic team at Knorex, contributing to the development of a cloud-based advertising and marketing platform known as Knorex XPO. This platform enables Advertisers, Agencies, and Publishers to efficiently create, optimize, and publish Dynamic Ads globally through automated buying. As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with Data Scientists, Media Performance Specialists, and Software Engineers to enhance our real-time bidding (RTB) system. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing components for the data augmentation pipeline supporting the RTB platform. You will be involved in devising innovative algorithms and practical solutions for automation and optimization challenges. Furthermore, you will work on developing metrics to evaluate the impact of your solutions and ensure that the RTB platform can query data within milliseconds. To excel in this role, you should have experience working on large-scale, distributed, low-latency systems. Proficiency in Python/Golang, monitoring services, and strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures are essential. Additionally, familiarity with cloud services, Linux, databases, and online advertising technology, including RTB, would be advantageous. Practical exposure to machine learning toolkits and frameworks is also beneficial. You will be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical analytics requirements and translate them into production systems. Effective communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines are crucial. Moreover, you should be proactive in evaluating new technologies for implementation and continuously improving existing solutions.
