React Native
expert to lead development of high-performance, secure, and scalable mobile applications. You will drive architecture decisions, own complex modules end-to-end, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver frictionless financial experiences.Key Responsibilities
- Design & build advanced mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android) with clean, maintainable code.
- Own architecture for complex features: navigation, state management, performance tuning, offline-first capabilities, deep linking, and modular setup.
- Integrate with secure REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT), push notifications, and analytics.
- Optimize performance: memory profiling, render optimization, bundle size management, lazy loading, and reducing startup time.
- Implement CI/CD for mobile (fastlane/App Center/Bitrise), automated testing, and release pipelines.
- Collaborate with Design (Figma) for pixel-perfect UI; ensure Accessibility (A11y) and internationalization (i18n).
- Work closely with Backend teams (Node/Java/Go) on contracts, error handling, observability, and resilience.
- Mentor engineers; enforce code quality, reviews, and best practices.
- Ensure security & compliance (encryption at rest/in transit, secure storage, device-level security) in line with fintech standards.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps, estimations, and stakeholder communication.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years in software development with 5+ years in React Native building production-grade apps.
- Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and React patterns (Hooks, Context).
- Deep experience in mobile architecture: Redux/RTK/MobX/Zustand, React Navigation, RN bridge, native modules.
- Hands-on with native integrations: Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift/Objective-C), linking native SDKs.
- Performance profiling: Flipper, Hermes, Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler; solving jank, memory leaks, FPS drops.
- Testing: Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox; strong CI/CD understanding.
- Experience integrating secure APIs, app signing, store submissions, and OTA updates (CodePush/Expo EAS).
- Knowledge of security best practices (secure storage, obfuscation, certificate pinning, anti-tamper, encryption).
- Experience with App Store/Play Store submission processes and handling review feedback.
