Software Engineer III - Java, Python Fullstack

As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Asset & Wealth Management, you will be a seasoned member of an agile team responsible for designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your role will involve executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think innovatively to address technical challenges. You will collaborate with internal technologists and users to develop or enhance products/applications in alignment with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Execute software solutions, design, and development with innovative problem-solving approaches - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance products in line with business requirements - Operate as a member of a Scrum development team to deliver technology solutions in an Agile fashion - Design, analyze, code, test, and deploy applications/components while adhering to firm-wide architecture standards and security policies - Provide production support coverage and demonstrate extensive hands-on experience with Java, Python Qualifications Required: - Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of applied experience - Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Proficiency in Java/Python and related technology stack (Spring, Spring Boot) - Familiarity with Web Tech such as React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS - Experience in automated testing, including E-2-E testing processes - Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage assignments within tight deadlines - Agile development experience and working in a globally distributed team In addition to the above qualifications, the following skills are preferred: - Cloud engineering experience, particularly in AWS - Knowledge in Cassandra, Containers, and Dynamo - Familiarity with SRE concepts like monitoring and log tracing Please note: This job opportunity offers you the chance to grow your software engineering career within a dynamic and innovative environment at JPMorgan Chase.,
