Software Engineer II- Full stack developer + React JS or Angular

As a Software Engineer II at JPMorgan Chase within the agile development team, you will be responsible for enhancing, designing, and delivering the software components of cutting-edge technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. You will implement software solutions by designing, developing, and troubleshooting various components within a technical product, application, or system to gain the skills and experience necessary for your professional growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Executes standard software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting - Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance - Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems and technical implications - Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve automation value - Applies technical troubleshooting to solve technical problems of basic complexity - Gathers, analyzes, and draws conclusions from diverse data sets to contribute to decision-making in service of secure, stable application development - Learns and applies system processes, methodologies, and skills for the development of secure, stable code and system **Qualification Required:** - Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years of applied experience - Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming languages and database querying languages - Demonstrable ability to code in one or more languages - Hands-on experience in React JS or Angular, strong front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and back-end (Node.js/Java/Python), API integration, database skills, Git, excellent problem-solving, and teamwork abilities - Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle - Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security - Emerging knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) If you have familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies, it would be considered as preferred qualifications for this role.,
