This role offers an exciting opportunity to be one of the pioneering hires for Rapid7 in India, supporting our growth strategy in a culture that encourages trying new approaches and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, maintain, and release well-architected services by consistently writing correct and clean code following best practices and conventions - Participate in the design and planning of upcoming features, playing a key role in all parts of the development process - Collaborate with internal teams such as UX and Product Management to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs - Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to provide the best support to our customers - Work with practice-specific technologies **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1.5 years of experience in software development using Java - Experience with Java Spring Boot, Maven, Snyk or Trivy for security vulnerability scanning, JUnit for testing frameworks, GitHub Actions or Jenkins, and AWS for cloud infrastructure would be advantageous - Enthusiasm for technology, coupled with a curious and eager-to-learn mindset - Ability to thrive in a high-growth, evolving environment - Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both within the team and cross-functionally - Passion for customer satisfaction and attention to detail Rapid7, a publicly traded Cybersecurity company headquartered in Boston, MA, with 17 offices globally, is expanding its global footprint into India.
