Job Description

MERN STACK DEVELOPER:

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days Only

Job Skills & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues and bugs across the stack.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and mentor junior developers as needed.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development, particularly within the MERN ecosystem

Technical Skills:
Frontend: Strong proficiency in React, Next.Js with experience in React Hooks, Redux, and component-driven architecture.
Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Nest.js and Express.js, including building RESTful APIs and using middleware for robust server-side logic.
Database: In-depth knowledge of MongoDB & MySQL, including schema design, indexing, aggregation, and query optimization.
Version Control: Proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., Gitflow).
Deployment & DevOps: Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Other Tools/Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), JSON, WebSockets, and experience with testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, or Jest.

Other Required Skills :

5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on MERN stack.
Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end projects in an Agile environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Knowledge of additional frameworks or libraries such as Next.js, GraphQL, or TypeScript.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with serverless architectures and NoSQL databases beyond MongoDB.
