Software Engineer- Fullstack Java-Obtain Pension Solutions

As a developer for the IT Crew Obtain Pension Solutions at UBS, your role involves working closely with the Requirements Engineer, Solution Architect, and Product Owner to translate requirements into tasks and stories. You will be an active member of the development team (Backend & Frontend), delivering software to support business growth and strategy. Your responsibilities include ensuring the highest quality delivery of software, implementing quality measures, proper documentation, unit testing, and test automation scripting. Additionally, you will support the team with your development skills. Your expertise should include: - B.S. degree in Computer Science or similar field with more than 5 years of experience in Java Backend and JavaScript Frontend development - Solid knowledge of Java, Test Driven Development, design patterns, and distributed architecture - Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, JEE, Servlets, JPA (Hibernate), and REST APIs - Strong SQL skills, RDBMS knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL), and experience with Cloud native technology and DevOps - Familiarity with Agile Methodologies, Flowable Business Process Automation, and Web development with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS The team you will be working with, Obtain Pension Solutions in Pune, focuses on providing user journeys for pensions products and processes.
