Roles & Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and methodologies to enhance product quality.
• Technical Delivery:
• Lead the development of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Client Interaction:
• Act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

• Work from office in Guindy, Chennai

Lock-in Period: 1 year

Years of experience: 3+ years

Required Skills
Frontend:

• Next.JS - with Typescript
• Experience building responsive and high-performance web applications
• Experience with DevExtreme (preferred) or any enterprise React UI component libraries (Typescript)
• Experience in consuming RESTful Web API for data loading & posting.

Hosting Environment:

• Linux (Ubuntu)
• Comfortable with server setup, deployment, monitoring, shell commands
• Experience with DevOps workflows
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes

Caching:

• Redis/redux or relevant mechanism

General Requirements:

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Clear communication skills
• Experience with DevOps workflows
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
• Understanding of scalable distributed systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alandur North, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
