Software Engineer - DevOps

Role Overview: As an Integration Engineer at HARMAN Automotive, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing software components while ensuring adherence to coding standards and guidelines. You will be responsible for software integration, integration testing, debugging, and providing feedback to other developers. Your work will contribute to advancing in-vehicle infotainment, safety, efficiency, and enjoyment for drivers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement software components according to software detailed design, ensuring adherence to coding standards and guidelines. - Define interfaces of software units and design CI/CD pipelines. - Perform software integration and integration testing according to the defined test strategy, designing, developing, and executing integration test cases and test procedures. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of integrated software components to ensure robustness, reliability, and safety. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers. - Ensure bidirectional traceability between software requirements and the software detailed design, documenting all development activities. Qualifications Required: - Technical Skills: Proficiency in C/C++ programming and Python, strong understanding of embedded systems and software testing, knowledge of ASPICE processes and guidelines. - Experience: Prior experience in software integration and integration testing, familiarity with requirements management and software development lifecycle. - Key Skills: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
