Job Description

As a Software Engineer at Infor, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing key components of our Analytics product and the tools supporting it. Your role will involve the following: - Build new reports and dashboards, addressing issues and implementing necessary improvements. - Support and maintain existing models and content to ensure stability, accuracy, and ongoing enhancement. - Create new data models or update existing ones to support business requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in Data Visualization, Report Development, and Dashboard Development. - Strong experience with SQL, database management, and familiarity with data warehouse design and ETL processes. - Knowledge of version control systems like Git and experience with programming languages such as Python. - Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Experience in assisting customers with software upgrades. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and customer interactions. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in Birst, knowledge of ERP software, and domain knowledge of Workforce Management.
