Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation software using Python, the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Catalyst, Deluge scripting), and other modern technologies. This position involves hands-on development, API integration, database management, DevOps, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll also have opportunities to lead initiatives and mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and automation workflows using Python and Zoho tools.Implement and manage custom workflows within Zoho applications.Optimize and manage SQL databases to meet evolving business needs.Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.Integrate and manage third-party APIs.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications:2–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.Demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute proactively.Familiarity with the Zoho platform and its APIs.Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills:Proficiency in Python or a similar backend programming language.Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably React.js).Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Solid understanding of SQL databases and data modeling.Familiarity with AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI).Experience with DevOps tools like GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Catalyst, and Deluge scripting is a strong plus.Proficiency with development tools like VS Code and GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.
