Full Stack Engineer Founders Office | C4Scale (Chennai, Onsite, Immediate Joiner) Ideal Candiate will have: - You are a rockstar front-end and have an awesome portfolio of front-end projects to showcase - You are opinionated on how backend APIs have to be built and deployed - You have worked on Prompt Engineering and integrating OpenAI or likes of AI APIs - You have an active Github or open source contributions What Youll Do Work directly with the founders office to architect, build, and scale AI-driven products for C4Scale and its clients. Develop full-stack applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript on the frontend, and Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and Node.js on the backend. Build Awesome UI with extremely professional & colourful UI Develop AI Products using LLMs, RAG Applications Optimize web platforms for performance, scalability, and SEO best practices , ensuring high-quality website development for C4Scale and its clients. Collaborate with the founder to drive C4Scales AI vision , exploring AI agents, LLM integrations, and cutting-edge AI applications . Mentor and upskill junior engineers , fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Work 100% onsite from our Chennai office , collaborating closely with the team for rapid execution and impact. What You’ll Need (Qualifications) 2+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with expertise in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript for frontend development. Strong backend development skills in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and Node.js , with experience in PostgreSQL . Understanding of SEO, web performance optimization, and scalable web architecture . Knowledge of API design, microservices, and system scalability in cloud environments ( AWS, GCP, or Azure ). Passion for AI-driven applications, Generative AI, and AI Agents , with a willingness to learn and innovate in this space. Strong mentoring skills , with a desire to coach junior engineers and build a high-performing team. Experience with DevOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Prior experience working in founder-led teams or startups is a bonus. Immediate availability to join and work onsite in Chennai is required. Why Join Us?
