Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of software engineering experience building and maintaining large-scale cloud applications Preferred/additional qualifications: Experience with big data pipelines, data lake and cloud distributed databases such as CosmosDB Experience in security domain Responsibilities Write clean, well-tested code. Use best practices and hold high standards in online services development. including code reviews, automated testing, DevOps methodologies and accelerated development using git Copilot. Perform OnCall duties and handle live sites and incident management effectively. Works with team members to automate and assist in driving operational excellence. Independently performs thorough investigations, identify opportunities for improving system quality, efficiency, robustness, security foundations and leverage findings from others to help team members with design decisions. Collaborates with others and contributes to others in the development of design documents for simple designs or User Stories with oversight. Comes up with clearly articulated plan for testing, assuring quality, security and rollouts with safe-deployment practices. Collaborates with others to creates a clear and articulated plan for execution, effort estimation, and deliver features end-to-end with oversight.
