Role Type:

Full-Time | Information Security / Cyber Security / IT Security & AuditYou will lead the software development team for Rolls-Royce’s MTU marine automation products. This includes designing and developing software for embedded, real-time, and monitoring systems, validating releases, collaborating with UK R&D teams, and supporting existing products.

🔹 Responsibilities

Build & lead the software engineering team
Develop advanced marine automation software
Create solutions for embedded & real-time systems
Validate, test, and release software
Prepare technical documents and manuals
Work closely with UK R&D on future innovations

🔹 Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent

🔹 Key Must-Have Skills

C++ Windows Application Development (Visual Studio)
Linux Embedded Development (Mandatory)
QT Framework
Serial Communication Protocols: CANBUS, Modbus, RS232/485/422
Team Management (5+ Years)
Networking (TCP/UDP), Data Encryption, Protocol Buffers
