Job Description

Frontend Development (Primary Focus) Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly UIs using React.js, Next.js (optional), and Tailwind CSS Implement Redux Toolkit or Context API for efficient state management Ensure seamless API integration and handle data efficiently using RESTful APIs (Axios, Fetch) Optimize the application for performance, scalability, and accessibility Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement high-quality designs Backend Collaboration (Secondary Focus) Understand and work with Node.js & Express.js for backend API integration Assist in database operations with MongoDB/Mongoose if required Implement basic authentication (JWT, Firebase, OAuth) Debug and troubleshoot backend-related issues in collaboration with the team General Responsibilities Follow best practices in version control (Git, GitHub) Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code Work in an agile development environment Required Skills (Must-Have) Proficiency in React.js & Component-Based Architecture Strong knowledge of Redux Toolkit or Context API (Must) Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, or other modern UI frameworks Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 Basic knowledge of Node.js, Express.js & MongoDB (MERN Stack) Experience in API integration (REST APIs, Axios, Fetch) Version control using Git & GitHub Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required) Next.js (SSR, SSG) for optimized frontend performance Familiarity with database operations using MongoDB & Mongoose Experience with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, Firebase Auth) Familiarity with WebSockets (Socket.io) for real-time communication Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel, Firebase) Who Should Apply?
