Responsibilities : Teach & Mentor Deliver high-quality training sessions on software development concepts, tools, and best practices. Develop & Enhance Curriculum Create and refine course content, assignments, and projects based on industry trends. Hands-on Coding & Problem Solving Guide students in coding exercises, debugging, and real-world projects using Python, Java, JavaScript, Data Structures and Algorithms,Object Oriented Programming. Evaluate & Provide Feedback Assess student progress, review assignments, and provide constructive feedback. Stay Updated & Innovate Keep up with emerging technologies and integrate them into the curriculum. Industry Collaboration Work with industry professionals to bring case studies and live projects into training sessions. Desired Skills and Experience: Strong expertise in Python, Java, JavaScript , or any modern programming language. Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and system design . Experience with full-stack development , including front-end (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Django, Spring Boot). Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching. Preferred candidate profile Post Graduate (Mtech) in Engineering or Science background (Other disciplines with demonstrated coding expertise are welcome). Prior experience in training, mentoring, or instructional design is a plus. Hiring Process: Eligible candidates will receive an evaluation link to assess their technical skills and teaching abilities. Based on evaluation results, shortlisted candidates will go through interview rounds.
