We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP, with a strong focus on automation and integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Key Responsibilities: AI & NLP Experience: Experience working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) for reasoning & information retrieval (RAG experience required) Experience with speech-to-text (Deepgram, Open AI Whisper, or similar). Experience with text-to-speech (Azure Speech, Eleven Labs, or similar) Software Development: Strong experience with Python (a sync programming, API integrations). Experience working with Vocode or similar AI voice frameworks. Knowledge of database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or NoSQL) to store claim data. API development experience Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure for hosting and API integrations. Troubleshooting skills for AWS services and GitLab pipelines. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Working knowledge of Python, databases and SQL Experience in developing/engineering applications Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
