Job Description

About the Role:

Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead (Python)

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers; drive feature ownership and technical excellence.
Design, develop, and scale microservices and distributed systems.
Work on Kubernetes, Docker, and modern cloud ecosystems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.

What You Bring:

7+ years of experience in backend development (Python preferred; Go/Java also considered).
Strong grasp of microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins, Argo), and cloud (AWS/OpenStack).
Experience with databases (Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and authentication tools (Keycloak, Okta).
Solid understanding of OS, data structures, and Linux fundamentals.
Proven experience mentoring teams and owning deliverables end-to-end.
