As a global leader in 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software, Autodesk is on a mission to transform the Design-to-Manufacture industry with Fusion 360. Join the Platform Organization within the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions division as a Software Engineer in Pune, and contribute to driving developer productivity, cross-platform device independence, and software platform consistency. Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality, secure, and stable code for Fusion 360 products. - Implement guidance to showcase the full product capabilities to customers. - Ensure new code adheres to coding standards and design specifications. - Troubleshoot and debug code as necessary, primarily written in C++. - Program in C++ using MS Visual Studio and XCode on macOS. - Take ownership of tasks, stay informed, and proactively seek solutions. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a relevant engineering discipline. - 2+ years of experience with C++ as the primary programming language. - Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, STL, Qt, and Boost. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with cross-platform application development using Visual Studio on Windows and XCode on macOS. - Experience with Scrum methodology, JIRA, and Git. - Knowledge of JavaScript and/or ReactJS is a plus.
