Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also focusing on the development of new features to meet client needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions, ensuring that the application functions optimally and meets the required standards of quality and performance. Your role will also include documenting your work and participating in team discussions to share insights and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Administration. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionalities. - Experience with user management and security settings in Salesforce. - Ability to create and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce. - Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Workflow Rules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Administration. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
