Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the overall development process. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code while adhering to best practices and project timelines, ensuring that the applications meet client requirements and industry standards. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
