As a lead, you will oversee the company s technical team and all development projects Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyzing the product requirements and deliverables Preparing and presenting progress reports Ensure that the DigiBoxx products are maintained and it runs smoothly. Liaising with the engineering team for project completion Reviewing ongoing operations and rectifying any issues Coordinating with the Project/Product Manager and the Software engineers Work with the Talent and Transformation team to provide required training to employees Experience with version control systems like GitHub, Bug tracking systems like JIRA Implementing best practices and coding standards Work as an Individual contributor, when required Your skills and Experience: 10+ Years of relevant industry experience along with 2-3 years of experience in Team management 8+ Years of hands-on experience in PHP/Python and Angular Knowledge of Oracle or MySQL DB knowledge is must Proficient in at least two-core development tools Should have experience of mobile and web development Shell Script knowledge will be an add on Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS would be an added advantage Why DigiBoxx Opportunity to work on a Swadesi world-class product Immense learning and growth opportunities with highly experienced leaders Choose your work location (Work from anywhere) Flexible working hours Exciting pay packages Top-notch office infrastructure in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore Please note: What is stated under the Roles Responsibilities is only indicative, not exhaustive.
