Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and integrate software solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Develop responsive and interactive front-end and back-end components using React.js, including state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and routing. Preferred language is C#.
• Develop SQL Server scripts and stored-procedures to supply data to the front-end.
• Develop reports using various technologies (SSRS, Power BI etc)
• Perform comprehensive testing of all aspects of the development life cycle.
• Provide ongoing technical support to ensure seamless operations and quick issue resolution.
• Develop training materials and prepare comprehensive documentation for client use.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
• Maintain strong source code version control
• Team player with good communication skills
  

Requirements:

• Professional level of English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server scripting and stored-procedures. (Do not apply if you do not have these skills!)
• Report development skills (SQL Server Reporting Services / Power BI)
• Strong testing capabilities (Unit, UAT and integration.)
• Source code version control knowledge (e.g. GitHub)
• Flexibility to work during Australia time zones to accommodate international schedules. May also be required to support UK and US time-zones if needed.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Excellent communication skills to foster team and client relationships.
• Experience in providing technical support
• Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus
