About the Role:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Loyalty Management to join our dynamic Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform to enhance customer engagement, optimize field operations, and manage loyalty programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Development & Configuration:
- Design, configure, and implement solutions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Salesforce Loyalty Management.
- Develop and customize Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex classes, triggers, flows, and validation rules.
- Configure service territories, work types, service appointments, skills, and resource scheduling in FSL.
- Implement Loyalty Management features such as loyalty programs, tiers, points accrual/redemption, and member management.
2. Integration & Deployment:
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Work with CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) for version control and deployment.
- Ensure data consistency and synchronization between Salesforce modules and external applications.
3. Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
- Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing configurations.
- Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (preferably in FSL and Loyalty Management).
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience configuring Field Service Lightning (service territories, work orders, scheduling policies, dispatcher console, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management setup (programs, tiers, points, promotions, and benefits).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and API development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; FSL Consultant or Loyalty Management Specialist certification (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity) components.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
