Software Developer (React Native)

As a React Native developer, you will be responsible for architecting and building performant mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms. You will work on creating custom reusable components for the mobile application, ensuring pixel-perfect UIs and smooth performance. Your key responsibilities include: - Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms. - Build custom theme integrated components (this is compulsory). - Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. - Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to achieve native-like performance. - Reach out to the open source community to implement mission-critical software fixes. - Maintain code quality and write automated tests to ensure high product quality. - Transition existing React web apps to React Native. Qualifications required for this role: - Firm grasp of the JavaScript (and TypeScript) language, including ES6+ syntax. - Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming. - Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code. - Proficiency in working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts. - Familiarity with native build tools like XCode, Gradle (Android Studio, IntelliJ). - Understanding of REST APIs, document request model, and offline storage. - Experience with automated testing suites like Jest or Mocha.
