Designer Automation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders

  to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Quadient Designer+Automation tools.

• Design and develop automated document processes

  leveraging Quadient technologies such as Quadient Inspire Designer, Quadient Automation, and Quadient Impress.

• Customize and integrate Quadient solutions

  to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless operation and adherence to industry standards.

• Implement best practices for document automation

  , ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

  related to Quadient implementations, providing timely resolutions and optimizations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  including developers, designers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

• Stay updated with the latest Quadient technologies and trends

  , incorporating new features and functionalities into existing systems as applicable.

• Provide training and technical support

  to end-users and stakeholders on Quadient solutions and automated processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience

  with Quadient Designer+Automation tools (Quadient Inspire Designer, Quadient Automation, Quadient Impress).

• Proficiency in programming languages

  such as Java, C#, Python, or similar languages used in automation scripting.

• Solid understanding of document management systems, workflow automation, and enterprise software development lifecycle.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  with attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills

  with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to

  work independently and manage multiple tasks

  in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification in Quadient technologies

  or related areas is a plus.
• Experience with

  integrating Quadient solutions with CRM or ERP systems

  is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms and services

  (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying and managing automated solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of

  industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements
